Define Restaurant-Level Rules

Once you have mapped restaurants to an organization, you can define the restaurant-level rules.

1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Labor.

2. Click Store Parameters.

• If you have one restaurant, you are taken directly to the Edit Store Parameters screen.

• If you have multiple restaurants, you are taken to a screen that lets you select a restaurant from a list. Select the appropriate restaurant to display the Edit Store Parameters screen.

3. Set up the restaurant-level rules:

• Set the Day Split Hour

• Define Restaurant Opening and Closing Times

• Select Peak Times

• Define Crew Hours and Ideal Productivity

• Define Pay Rate References

• Set Up Restaurant Management
